In an era characterized by rapid global transformation, psychology must operate within a framework of accountability, structured governance, and measurable professional competence. PsyFed was founded as a legally recognized federation committed to these principles.
Throughout my academic and administrative career, including leadership responsibilities in international higher education institutions, I have emphasized institutional discipline, ethical clarity, and cross-border academic cooperation. These principles form the structural foundation of PsyFed.
The Federation operates through a standards-based certification system, merit-oriented membership policy, and an international outlook. Our objective is not expansion in numbers, but consolidation of quality, credibility, and professional reliability.
PsyFed seeks to contribute to global dialogue in psychological science through academic partnerships, regulatory alignment, and professional mobility frameworks. Our institutional position is clear: psychology must be guided by evidence, integrity, and international responsibility.

The Georgian Psychologists Federation (PsyFed) was founded to serve precisely this purpose. With more than twenty years of academic experience and specialization in Cognitive Psychology, my professional trajectory has consistently centered on competence validation, methodological integrity, and international academic cooperation. PsyFed represents the institutional extension of these commitments. The Federation promotes a framework grounded in evidence-based practice, peer-reviewed standards, and measurable professional qualification. Our certification system emphasizes competency assessment, continuing professional development, and adherence to international ethical codes. Psychology must not merely adapt to global transformation it must guide it responsibly. This requires structured academic networks, research collaboration, and harmonized standards across borders. PsyFed aspires to function as a platform for scholarly exchange, professional standardization, and interdisciplinary integration. Our mission is not administrative expansion but scientific consolidation. The integrity of psychological science depends on institutional clarity and ethical steadfastness. Günümüz dünyasında psikoloji, bilimsel disiplin, ölçülebilir yeterlilik ve kurumsal yapı çerçevesinde faaliyet göstermelidir. PsyFed, bu anlayış doğrultusunda yasal olarak kurulmuş ve kalite odaklı bir federasyondur. Yirmi yılı aşkın akademik tecrübem, bilişsel psikoloji alanındaki uzmanlığım ve uluslararası üniversitelerde üstlendiğim yönetsel görevler boyunca bilimsel tutarlılık, etik netlik ve uluslararası iş birliğini temel ilke olarak benimsedim.
